What is dry eye syndrome?
Dry eye syndrome means that your eyes are not able to stay sufficiently moisturized. This can be caused by a weak tear film, reduced blinking frequency, long periods working with screens, wearing contact lenses, hormonal changes, or chronic illnesses. The result is eye irritation, tingling or watery eyes, and sometimes blurred vision.Typical symptoms:
Feeling of a grain of sand, tingling, or burning sensation in the eyes
